We usually deliver by sea. For small packages, we can send via express delivery.

Do you offer a guarantee for the products?
Yes, we offer a 1-3 year warranty on our products.
How do you deal with faulty products?
Our products are produced under a strict quality control system with a defective rate under 0.2%. During the guarantee period, we will replace faulty items with new parts.
What are the payment terms?
We accept a 30% deposit and the remaining 70% against the copy of the Bill of Lading (BL).
